I had initially went with this company because of the low price and friendly customer service to place the initial order. From there on out, the customer service was HORRENDOUS. We were moving cross country due to my husbands military orders and scheduled the car to be picked up on February 27th, 2012, which was 5 days before we packed up and left the state. This gave them ample time to pick up the car and take it even if they were running behind a few days. They asked for a 2-3 day window to pick up the car. We left Virginia and I called religiously every day. Tony was the only person that seemed to answer the phone. No matter if I pressed a different option each time I called to reach a different department, Tony always answered and said the same thing. "There is a driver in your area and your car should be picked up today". 9, let me repeat, 9 days later I decided to call and cancel my order. Tony was sure quick to apologize and send me a confirmation email saying that my $200 deposit would be refunded. It's been another 9 days and I still do not have anything from them posted to my bank account. Every time I call the accounting department, "Tony" answers and asks to call back because the accounting department is backed up. Save yourself the hassle and utilize another company. I did and received excellent customer service and have already received my car. I am reporting them to the BBB.

Transport times are never guaranteed due to unforseen circumstances that cause the delay from the motor carrier's end. Your order was sent to upper management and your refund will be processed per our terms of service. We apologize that you feel you have experienced a problem with your order. Please know that customer satisfaction is important to our company and all positive reveiws regarding our company are 100% genuine from our numerous satisfied clients.
